Torus™ - Markush Structure Searching for Oracle® |
|
| |
Torus is a suite of cheminformatics software, comprising both client and server-based applications, which enable the handling of Markush structures alongside discrete molecules within an Oracle database environment. With a standard SQL interface and no proprietary formats or schema, Torus is able to manipulate vast combinatorial libraries, stored as Markush structures, with comparative ease. |

 |
| |
Torus:Server is available now for Oracle 9i and 10g on Windows, Linux and Solaris. It can be used either in a standalone manner or with Torus:View, a free Windows client providing rudimentary search and display capabilities. A fully-functional registration client, Torus:Navigator, is in development and will be announced in due course. |

Software Toolkits |
|
| |
Fundamental to Digital Chemistry's business are a number of programmable software toolkits, which are relied on by researchers worldwide to enhance their early-stage drug-discovery research. With a choice of several programming languages, including C, C++, Java, VB.NET and Python, the toolkits offer a powerful and flexible option in the following areas: |
| |
|
| |
Most of the above functionality is also available as a collection of command-line applications ("Main Programs"), offering the same, powerful algorithms in a format which is relatively quick & easy to implement. Similary to Torus, the toolkits are offered on a choice of Windows, Linux or Solaris platforms. |

Web Services |
|
| |
Our Fingerprinting and Clustering Web Services provide all the science and sophistication inherent in Digital Chemistry's toolkit products as a fully-functional 'plug & play' solution, ideally suited to rapid integration with popular workflow systems such as Inforsense or Pipeline Pilot or indeed any application which is able to communicate via the standard SOAP protocol. |
